BUSINESS CONCEPT

Real Time Trivia (RTT) is an application program interface (API) developed for desktop and mobile devices. RTT allows users to play along and compete in LIVE event-based trivia contests. These challenges will be featured at sporting events during scheduled breaks, at festivals/concerts during band change outs, and during down time at other events.

Fans that are in attendance, or not, can play along live, simultaneously (via sign-up and alert) with a scheduled (team/player/artist themed) trivia contest. RTT’s contests consist of topical multiple-choice questions displayed on mobile/computer devices and simultaneously on the venues live video boards/screens. Participants select and submit answers as fast as they can, while competing against challengers to win sponsor rewards and giveaways.

The faster a user submits a correct answer, the greater the chance they have to win the sponsors’ prizes. If a user answers correctly, but not within the allotted timeframe, they can still win secondary rewards from a co-sponsor. RTT’s application sends a notice to the user’s device, along with their overall contest ranking. If a contestant wins a challenge, a prize code indicating the prize that they have won along with a message from the sponsor (primary or secondary) is delivered directly to their device for redemption.

CONCEPT LOGISTICS

RTT’s API encourages users to sign up directly, and participate in events hosted by our specific partners’ (league/team/promoter/events) websites or app.

Trivia questions will be developed by our clients and sent in advance to a server. At the specific day and time of the scheduled live trivia promotion, the event director will send a GO signal in real time through an iOS app, which in turn will send alerts to every user who has signed up for that specific challenge. The director will then proceed by executing the live challenge and simultaneously users will receive the question(s) on their devices and begin to play.

RTT will provide their partners and event directors template kits that outline the API logistics and specific operational elements needed to successfully execute the Live Trivia Challenges.

MISSION

RTT’s mission is to provide leagues, sports teams, and concert/event promoters, with an interactive software platform that connects their fans and advertisers via an enhanced interactive gaming experience during LIVE events.

VISION

Scheduled breaks and down time during live sporting events, festivals/concerts and specialized events, present prime opportunities to capture an audience’s attention and promote sponsors’ products to a captive and engaged audience. Our software provides our clients with a fun and innovative promotional platform that connects and interacts with fans worldwide via real-time trivia challenges. Fans compete against each other for rank, status and prizes. Thereby, increasing the overall quality and value of the live promotion, fan experience and the sponsors’ partnership.

RTT software empowers our partners to increase their existing sponsorship and advertising revenues by providing:

COMPETITIVE LANDSCAPE ANALYSIS

Currently, there are no specific API platforms that encompass all of the following RTT elements:

  1. Fan participation (whether in attendance or not) in simultaneous live event trivia challenges

  2. Spontaneous alert(s) from a sign-up to play in real time

  3. A chance at winning skill-based rewards on accuracy and speed

  4. An individual member “Stat Chat” page (consisting of: live leaderboard, stats and updates, favorites, etc.)

  5. Revenue generation opportunities for leagues/teams and event owners

  6. An increase in a sponsors’ visibility/branding

  7. Specific sponsor redemption data

  8. User profile statistics, and Goodwill.

RTT PROVIDES OUR CLIENTS/ PARTNERS WITH:

  1. User sign in and participation through their own customized website/app

  2. Incorporation of the creative look of their website/app

  3. User/member info and data collection: initial sign up, executed live play, prize redemption and members’ individual “Stat Chat” pages

  4. Sponsorship recognition and data: logo/video placement; prize redemption data

  6. Radius restriction detection. A user’s ability to compete in a live challenge will be detected two minutes in advance of the contest. This will be based on the users’ location at the time of live play, and the broadcast package the user has acquired.

MARKETING

RTT will market its API software to sporting leagues/teams, concerts/festivals and event promotors with the intention of licensing the application for an event-based or seasonal fee.

POTENTIAL INCOME

RTT will license its technology to sports leagues, teams, festivals/concerts and event promotors. Licensing fees will be structured as a flat rate, plus a royalty based on the number of users above a minimum.

Leagues/Teams’ fees will be a flat fee rate per season, plus a user fee. 

Concerts/Festivals/Specialized Events will be based per show/event plus a user fee.

FUTURE GROWTH

The main goal of RTT is to build a robust infrastructure and platform that will provide and support fresh, innovative content to its clients, partners, and fans which in return will deliver strong user growth, and sustainable financial returns.  

Future planned enhancements include: VIP Memberships for exclusive contests and prizing, video questions, to name a few.
