Cheryl is a founder of The DCB Group, a North American based company established in 1994 that provides creative services and seamless presentations for the sport and entertainment industries. 

Over the many years as a principal and acting president of The DCB Group, Cheryl’s creative passion has been the driving force behind developing, producing and directing trend-setting entertainment concepts for various professional teams, leagues and specialized events in North America. To include the NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, NCAA, World Junior Hockey Association, and World Figure Skating Championships, Cheryl expanded her portfolio with consulting work for clients like Walt Disney Company and Maloof Sports and Entertainment, which have diversified her creative role into the music (e.g. Universal Music Group/Interscope), film, television, and special event entertainment industries.
